Too bad the client paid off Elevate and then either stacked or took other funding, then submitted a ZBL to me to get back in the game. So then Elevate called 1st Merchant and they said the following:
The merchant does not have a zero balance as the letter suggests so this file is dead as letter was either falsified or they just took additional funding with 1st Merchant Funding.

This is all kinda strange... The cash advance industry is beginning to suck major ass nowadays... It's strange how terribly the backdooring game has evolved... It's like this industry is nothing but backdoor pirates...

This is what happens when a ton of folks go out on their own, cannot or will not pay for marketing, are desperate for deal flow and leads, and depending on their individual level of scruples, will do what is necessary to eat and survive (and keep those snazzy car payments current)

The alternative would be to front the marketing cash, get on the phone, learn your product....and do some real work and build a book. People do not have the patience these days though

Bunch of deals I funded with other companies end up wiring/debiting as world global. Got my commissions so didn’t care to look into it. Maybe they syndicate on the platform? Somehow many funding companies fund under world global

What you need to look at is whether the "world global / WG " you see are the actual same World Global, or within the WG situation there is also multiple versions of "world Global"

It is 100% YellowStone. I had a merchant with a position from Fortress Advance. The contracts say Fortress Advance DBA World Global Capital, LLC. I submitted to YSC and got a decline for an existing balance.

Pretty sure its YSC. The majority of the "Funders" are just white labeling on another's contract. Know your partners.

A rep from Fundkite just called me up because I signed up with them the other day and he wanted me to send deals. I asked him about white labeling with YSC. He said they syndicate with YSC for C paper and above.

Anthony I would not start something you cannot finish. You are the same thing as them as you have a hard white label. In the next thread I am going to post your contracts with affidavits showing Yellowstone funders.
