I thought I responded to this. Yeah, apparently it was Yellowstone.
The payoff letter we got was with Fundkite's letterhead (and we requested it from Fundkite... I went directly to the ISO relations to request it - Thanks Alex!), but the payoff was to Yellowstone.

We got the merchant a payoff from Elevate and they paid off Yellowstone. We competed a bit with Fundkite's renewal team, but we won over the deal. There was a balance with Yellowstone, the client needed to purchase some equipment, so the excess that was sent to Yellowstone, the client really needed. I got in touch with Mark Worch at Yellowstone, Elevate and Yellowstone had the professional courtesy to do what was right, and to make sure the excess payoff to Yellowstone got sent to the client the within about the 2 business days.

Never mind. Switching gears, Elevate thought the refund was a stack... it was the refund (3 weeks late BTW). Elevate's mistake on the quick underwriting, but they fixed it, and I look like an idiot. They're funding him today.
