Need someone to take over a reverse for a merchant in California. Withhold is right around 30% range with new funding he is looking to do. Does anyone do same week, or immediate take over? The only eligible funders I've talked to (Cali) say they have to wait 2 weeks before taking over from last disbursement. We have ISOs with most known reverse lenders, didn't know if anyone else would be willing to go in. Would be around half a million reverse. Any input helps, thanks.

Hey guys, Have a merchant with multiple related businesses. Has 4 positions across all of them. His cashflow is taking a beating, and he's extremely interested in pursuing a reverse. The problem is, each position is under a different entity. Would any reverse lenders touch this?

Lendora is a Thief Shop. Careful, they are NOT a direct funder, but they are a broker After we funded a deal with them, we noticed that they are a broker not a funder and they split our commission to a half and disclosed that they are a broker. its been over a month now and they don't send our commission nor responded to our emails, Communications were horrible, no respect, no professional courtesy , that 's the worse shop I've ever dealt with From our experiences, Pls. Don't send deals to them:mad:

That's right you Hollywood tough guys with your voice-activated engine-starting Bentleys, with the neon light-up interiors, and a stunning doll in the passenger seat with dangerously sharp heels. Our guys can generate online leads for Merchant Cash Advance, on the fly, in volume, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, and results are guaranteed. We just partnered with some of the engineers that influence many people's favorite online platform, and we are the front-face of their marketing arm for alternative finance (they do multiple industries). Dumbleads.com is coming for your key fobs, and we're painting a big letter D on the hood of your S Class, and we’re inviting a few well-run Isos or Funders to join us! If anyone in the merchant cash advance space has seen the great results that hot qualified ONLINE AD LEADS can bring but has either gotten outspent, were unable to scale, saw prices push them out of the market, or found it took too long with too much trial and error to have a profitable campaign, or couldn't crack the code of eliminating star-ups and smurf-sized merchants, and dreaded defaults…., well today is a wonderful new day and we are looking for a few Iso's to stick their teeth into an exclusive online campaign. And no, you won’t have to spend the price of multiple body parts to start this campaign. You won’t believe the cost. Right now, the genie is out of the bottle and the lamp is ready to be rubbed. But we all know how long that usually lasts for. Reach out to us if you have any interest. (816) 205-8268 info@dumbleads.com PS. It's like the story of a successful broker whose Lamborghini door was ripped by a speeding yellow cab as he was getting out of the car. The taxi never stopped and the irate, screaming broker demanded the police find them while the cops looked at him and shook their heads, frowning at the materialistic nature of this man, because he didn't even realize his hand had been ripped off. When he looked at his missing stump, he paused in shock.............., then started screaming even louder.........., because he realized his Rolex was gone. The moral to the story is, don't be a big city taxi driver. Position yourself for SUCCESS... so you can scream at police officers while sitting in a Lamborghini, with a Rolex watch floating on the street somewhere connected to your well-manicured hand, and reach out to us ASAP!! I experienced one of the quickest deals of my life yesterday, from Sub-Fund was 1 hour & 54 minutes. So obviously very much prompted me to give props to Square one of my longest funding relationships, gotta spread the love and all that  The client is someone I've been working with for a while and have honestly some of the weirdest conversation ever... Dude was born muslim but loves Jews and discussing G-d Yesterday a situation came up with his sub contractors that required a quick 2nd position. Thankfully, Square didn't hesitate to provide an incredibly fair deal with lightning speeds. They are one of the few funders I've experienced that does understand the difference between a client and a Merchant I'm giving them a 10/10 rating currently! ;) ;) ;) :D :D :D

I'm trying to figure out the best approach to managing my finances and I've heard mixed advice on credit cards. Some people say having multiple cards helps with credit scores and offers more benefits, while others warn about the risks of debt and overspending. Currently, I only have one credit card but I’m considering getting another for the rewards and credit-building potential. How many credit cards do you guys have and how do you manage them effectively?

Merchant deposits $4 million a month in sales, and keeps $400-600K running balance. They sell their own software that is a payment system (perhaps better stated as payment rails) to retailers, ecommerce stores, and more. Their bank statements show edeposits froma wide array of clients, like the above. Some health and wellness stores deposit to their account, education centers, digital stores, digital libraries, boutique online stores, and even processing companies are paying them what appears to be royalties or something similar on a consistent basis. Hundreds of deposits per month per statement. Needs a home for first position. Tried all name brand 1st position MCAs (i.e. Kapitus, Rapid, National) and they declined due to industry. Most are declining because they are confusing the merchant as a credit card processing company or credit card processing funder (i.e. Credit card split), and won't look any further. Here's an analogy to describe what they do. Microsoft, Inc designed a software called Microsoft Office, which has a suite of products like Word, Excel, etc. They sell it to Best Buy and Staples and Office Max. Each of those retailers pays Microsoft royalties every time the Office suite is sold off their shelves. That's what this company does. Problem is, funders are confusing the merchant for being Best Buy, not Microsoft. Any funder willing to play ball?

Got a client in the process of acquiring an auto repair shop in Atlanta, GA, which includes real estate valued at $3,000,000. Waiting for the valuation of all equipment and inventory associated with the shop, as well as the financials of the business. Interested in securing a mezzanine or term loan. Wants a low down payment although he can support about 300k. I figured mezzanine would be hard since he doesn't want his credit score to be affected, or his current business revenue to be involved in the borrowing. Sounds like a real estate backed loan or an SBA one. Welcoming your interest in PM.
