Wow- really appreciate the kind words! So nice to hear that i have some old friends on the DF. Radiance is funding 100% in house- No direct sales. We are not high risk whatsoever- Only 1-3 positions, 12 months etc.

Referring to **** files in general: 10-15k revenue, bad balances, negative days, trucking/construction, etc. Would generally get declined by any respectable lender, just wondering if there's anyone here that do bottom of the barrel.

ahhh gotcha. I thought you were talking about high risk funders who kill on back end or take awhile to fund/underwrite. I didn't know you were talking about the ones who steal commission or do shady things, those are funders people should obviously avoid. I always wondered why people flip out on smaller funders for taking longer than 15 minutes to get a contract out or for killing a deal after finding a default when "you should have searched the courts in the first place!!!!!" as if the brokers time was wasted not the funder who wasted all of that time just because the ISO hid a default and tried to sneakily push it on someone hoping they wouldn't notice whereas you have funders like Bitty who can take 4 hours to get contracts out, 24 hours to send a wire, 5 hours to give an update on contracts in, and everyone seems to be A okay with that.... Marketing is one hell of a thing I'll tell ya....

Reason Bitty kills a lot on the back end is cuz they have an automated program to spit out a basic approval on the front end. From what I remember once you do decision logic they get an actual human to finalize underwriting and it can get killed. And the reason I distinguish Bitty from the terrible high risk dudes is that they pay commission and from the deals I've done with them I haven't seen double debits or anything totally outrageous. Usually relatively good on term & dollar amount as well, not bad to use to build up a file and collect some ZBL's. Definitely don't fully trust them but I would use them.

Isn't Bitty difficult to deal with as well? Don't they take awhile to respond to emails/phone calls and take 24 hours to fund? I also heard they kill a lot of deals in the back end... just out of curiosity whats the difference between Bitty and the "terrible high risk" dudes?

LCF or Bitty is probably safest bet with those kinds of files. A lot of the high risk dudes in that sector are terrible to work with.

Here are some references to lenders: Tony is a superbroker - he can get deals done that most lender's can't - has no maximum and also can do cannabis. I am currently doing several $500,000 Master Credit lines. Don't know if the contacts on these others are current or not....you'll have to check... You'll need loan app, 3 months business bank statements, invoice on the equipment. If over $150,000 business tax return. Keep in mind that purchases are registered as debt on the balance sheet. Sale leaseback are better for long term, and better financing. There are Operating leases and Capital leases.

From the "super broker" angle BSB are pretty smooth to work with. Also have enjoyed dealing with Maxim. Slim my few interactions with them were less than impressive. Centra has been decent.

On another note, has anyone put in money on MM? Is there a high default rate? I put into a couple deals, and over half defaulted and the other was missing payments for weeks at a time. It was a small sample size so I know that I couldve got unlucky. I feel like they need to be more transparent on the soft collections side, and give updates into whats going on in the deal. Not just show that a payment bounced. Showing transparency shows me that they are actually bouncing and not just MM telling me its bouncing so they can take the money and use it and eventually pay it back in my account in 3 weeks. basically acting like a no intrest loan. Im not accusing... Just thoughts in my head

Trust Capital USA, North Mill (requires minimum quarterly funding) AFG is one of the largest equipment financing companies in the country, they've been nice to work with as well. Ascentium Capital is bank-owned (like many), but they'll broker out your files if they can't approve it in-house. Slim is a nice catch-all, they're on the board here, they can get a lot of funky deals done. Maxim is good for the slightly higher-risk. There are dozens of equipment lenders, the problem is working equipment files is super annoying, they also take forever.
