Today, 02:12 AMHosted Exchange is the ideal email solution for SMEs who want powerful, reliable email, but don’t have the skillset, resources or desire to run their own email servers in their own datacenters. Cost effective. Hosted Exchange allows you to rent space in an email service provider’s data center, which - for smaller businesses - is far more cost effective than having on-premises email servers. No technical knowledge needed. As you’re renting space in someone else’s data center, all of the technical aspects of managing an Exchange email server are taken away from you. Customized email address. One-way hosted email differs from free webmail solutions like Hotmail or Gmail is that hosted email enables you to run email accounts with personalized email addresses. Instead of choosing a generic @gmail.com or @hotmail.com address, a hosted email solution means you can use your site’s domain name in your email address, e.g. you@yourdomain.com. Email on the move. Unlike with POP3 and IMAP, the Exchange protocol allows you to access your tasks, calendars and shared contacts from any device. As workplace culture becomes increasingly mobile, this is a huge advantage, making it easier to coordinate with colleagues while you’re on the go – from a phone, laptop or tablet. Send large attachments. A hosted email solution will typically allow you to send larger email attachments than free webmail. More mailbox features. A hosted Exchange email solution will include more advanced mailbox features like mailbox rules, email forwarders, autoresponders, backups and archives. Enhanced security. With Microsoft Exchange email hosting, data is encrypted by default and protected by several firewalls to ensure that no one unauthorized can reach it. You’ll also have better access to antivirus protection and multi-layered antispam filters, which you can set up to prevent phishing attacks, data breaches and other security risks. Guaranteed reliability. Reliability is crucial to performance, and Microsoft Exchange guarantees 99.9% uptime, so you won’t have to worry about your email system going down at a crucial moment. Exchange Accounts -50 GB & 100 GB Available

Yesterday, 08:11 PMOlderguy replied to a thread do we have any Links anywhere for a good real estate lender or lenders? For Refi in Deal BinIf you send 10 emails to companies listed in Scotsman's Guide you might get one response....that's been my luck. The downside of going direct is that you only hear about the programs only offered by that lender. By dealing with an experienced loan officer (like myself) I can structure the deal specifically for that scenario. It's because I have access to probably 20+ different lenders with different programs.

Yesterday, 07:54 PMSachip24 replied to a thread Are you okay with Funders funding after 2-4 weeks in Merchant Cash AdvanceI don't know about most but quite a few will call merchant after 30-45 days if they gave you an offer and it wasn't closed. It's free game after few weeks usually. This is why placement is very important vs. shotgunning a file out to everyone. If you get updated banks afterwards and see the lender you sent it to month before they will usually give you the "we got it in from another ISO and it closed"

-
Yesterday, 07:25 PMNot sure if that's a serious response or if you are just promoting your own funding company but I want to hear from ISO's. Is this a standard practice that everyone is just okay with?

Yesterday, 07:03 PMAlexPete replied to a thread Are you okay with Funders funding after 2-4 weeks in Merchant Cash AdvanceI cannot fathom this.. focus on funders without in-house sales who grant exclusivity :) Alex Peterson ISO Relationship Manager, THORO CORP E: alex@thorocorp.com C: 305-502-9414

Yesterday, 06:59 PMEnriquez is one of the best at maintaining relationships with merchants. He sends updated screenshots of conversations he has with the merchants to keep you in the loop. If you’re looking for a funder who’ll do right by you and your merchant he’s who you should be working with. In other words, he is FAN****INGTASTIC 💪🏼

Yesterday, 06:27 PMDo all funders call your merchant 2-4 weeks later and start pitching them deals without paying the broker? Or do most? Is this standard? I know Kapitus and Credibly have it in their ISO agreements. Is this acceptable?

Yesterday, 05:35 PMUtica is legit for higher risk equipment financing. They are just insanely expensive and that exit fee when the deal is paid off is insane as well but they get the job done if no one else can.

Yesterday, 05:33 PMTheFundingEngineer replied to a thread Do Not Send Deals to Unite America Fund / Lifetime Funding in Deal BinBeen on the forums for a while now, recently changed my name and started being active recently. Am a broker, so gain nothing from "baseless accusations". Anything I say I've witnessed first hand myself, I'm no better if I'm just name calling for no reason...

Yesterday, 04:37 PMRadissnonFunding replied to a thread Do Not Send Deals to Unite America Fund / Lifetime Funding in Deal BinWho are you? You joined here last week? Whats the name of your company? @TheFundingEngineer "Although this thread appears to be simply name calling and baseless accusations" Basically boils down to this. lolll..Everyone saying things that they "think" can be true. Or other high risk lender mocking others so they should seem the only one legit. That's probably the case with @TheFundingEngineer
