Hey everyone, We're trying to get into Credit Card Stacking but we seem to be running into some technical issues. We're running a VPN to mask the location to that of the Applicants location, we're UW the Credit Reports for Score, Utilization, etc.. yet we seem to be getting nothing but declines. Is there anyone here that understands the inner working of Credit Card Stacking? We'd be willing to pay a hefty fee for some guidance!

Steven Weaver is back at it. This guy is notorious for creating several different ISO shops using fake names. We have seen him use: BPS Capital ICCS Corp United Equity Growth Group Corp ECM ASSET CORPORATION dba Business Term Loans Online He creates fake term sheets to show customers they are approved for 10x what the real offer is. Then he tells them to take the first installment and they will get the rest, except they never do and he disappears. DO NOT FUND HIS DEALS. He lies to all of his customers. He has been sued by FOX and EIN https://trellis.law/case/36061/151590-2022/fox-capital-group-inc-v-steven-roy-weaver-united-equity-growth-group-corp https://trellis.law/case/36047/517948-2022/ein-cap-inc-v-united-equity-growth-group-corp-steven-roy-weaver I have included his DL and fake term sheets. Be wary.

Hi DF, It has been a while since I posted under my real user name. I am VERY happy to inform factoring and ABL advisors that I have rejoined Seacoast Business Funding, a division of Seacoast Bank. We provide flexible working capital facilities in the forms of payroll funding, factoring, ledgered receivables facilities, and asset based lines of credit to corporate customers nationally. Because we are bank owned we are usually much more cost effective than non-bank finance companies. Because we are a division OF the bank, we can be much more flexible than factors/asset based lenders that are groups within their bank. Our ideal client: -Based anywhere in the US selling goods and services to corporate or government customers. -Facility needs from $500,000 to well over $25,000,000 -We always lead with receivables, but can include inventory and/or M&E as an accommodation to a receivables facility-in formula. -Industries we know VERY well: Staffing, Consumer Products, Business Services, Government Contractors, Specialty Manufacturing/Wholesalers. Rules: -We do pay referral fees once an actionable prospect has been presented. -I do NOT work with anyone using fee email accounts. -I do NOT work with anyone with a subject past. If you have been barred from the financial services industry or have an arrest record, do not contact me. -Do NOT share any prospect information through email. I have a secured file sharing network that can be used for prospect reviews. -I am NOT a broker. Please DO NOT contact me asking to sign up as an ISO. -If you would like to learn more about us, please send an email with your full contact details and I will gladly schedule a call. Best, Kevin

Finance/Real Estate business that partakes in the Miami high rise investment boom, sometimes this is by gaining investors, other times it's through actual sale of individual units and least relevant is his property management services . Has 4 separate entities all depositing between 200-500K a month. We arranged his HEADWAY LOC and he is looking to expand his abilities to get capital....If terms are reasonable we don't need more than $250K here. I need a minimum of 120 days to get this deal done. Let me know if you can assist.

I got a file, he's got an offer now for 18K over 13.5 months, I'm guessing its a 1.38-1.40 based on what he told me he was paying back, I don't have any other information, and who knows if its a real offer. The banks look clean, industry is IT. The issue, he wants a weekly payment, I think if I can come in around the same or slightly more with a weekly, it will close. thanks.

Reaching out for help on this....I have a client that unfortunately needs an MCA. We have 4 outstanding MCAs that are about to fall off (Outstanding balance is $50k). Long story but is there an MCA lender (NO BS!!!! I will call you out on it) that can buy out the 50k become a 1st and allow my client to net 150k? He is in the construction industry (Developer), healthy TIB, Banks can support this, has some history (when over extended) slowed/modified payments in the past. Can anyone help?

I have a client purchasing a 4+ acre lot in an existing subdivision in SW Colorado (USDA-defined ‘rural’ area) for the purpose of building a SFR to sell. The client anticipates selling the new home for ~$625K, and expects the land purchase plus the construction of the home to come in under $425K. The client has construction and fix-n-flip experience, and his credit score is in the mid-700 range. Direct lenders/funders only, please email me at clark@cumberland-financial.com.

Various Merchant Cash Advance Lead types, and their pros and cons. * * UCCs Merchants who already took a cash advance. Value: Statistics show that almost 50% of merchants who take a cash advance will do so again at least 3 to 5 more times. They're not shell shocked by the high rates, they're comfortable with the sticky points of the process like the bank login and confession of judgment, and they know the benefit of how fast the cash disbursement is. Challenge: Since everyone knows the values of UCCs, where at one point (circa 2006 -2009) they were like shooting fish in the battle, now they are heavily saturated and annoyed, and quick to use every spectrum of the rainbow to guide their language towards you. * Generated Opt-ins: Aged Value: Merchants recently came in through online, sms, email, live transfer, or some other lead generation campaign to inquire about or pursue funding. So, they've shown interest, and they're not hit as hard as UCCs and usually are more receptive to your pitch. Challenge: They're all blind dates. You have an idea that they want you, but you don't know if you want them. Unlike Uccs, which all qualified for funding, these merchants come from high and low, and that's literally. You will have low revenue and low time in business as well as whales. You can usually filter out the smaller ones for an extra price, however. * Generated Opt-In: Aged Pipeline Value: Merchant took action to inquire about funding. Challenge: They're usually just information seeking or rate shopping and not ready to take action yet. They do convert, but you need to nurture/follow up, and they have a much longer turnaround time to conversion, 2-4 months usually. Bonus Value: These merchants are usually on their first go 'round, so if you take care of them, they tend to be more loyal, leading to a stronger renewal book. * A Paper Declines Value: Merchants that didn't meet credit requirements to work with top lenders, or their credit was so high, they felt they could find better and passed on the offer. Challenge: You need to have multiple financing programs and know how to deal with more savvy and responsible merchants. You also need to know how to get a merchant off his spaceship and back to earth regarding his true financial prospects. * Packs Value: Merchant took the time and effort to apply and go through the initial process, so very high intent. Challenge: Legal issues with distributing personal information without permission, saturation like Uccs, overseas scams. And applying and qualifying are not the same, as many merchants who apply will not qualify for anything. * B2B Data Value: Files are usually clean, and larger, and renewal book will be through the roof if this is a heavy part of your portfolio, as long as you take care of your merchants. Challenge: The hardest data type to prospect to. Ten to twenty times less responsive than opt-in leads. Requires the most skill by your salespeople, or automation. * UCCs Self Scraped Value: You're getting UCCs before competitors get them, giving you a short window of minimal saturation with a very high-quality lead. The window is short because there are some doing it currently. Challenge: Difficult and/or time-consuming process, which makes it very hard to scale. * Referral Leads _Bank _Accountant _Lawyer Value: Most will say this is the best type of lead (outside of an exclusive UCC, or a merchant you funded yourself). Because you're leveraging the strength of a previous trusted relationship, the merchant will do almost anything you tell him to do, even if it’s bad advice. Challenge: You have to cultivate outside relationships with key people or key organizations and have them trust you enough to send you their bread-and-butter customers. This takes time and positioning, or very strategic actions, and you won't see results overnight. It's also very hard to scale even when you have the relationships. * MCA Triggers (credit pull) Value: A merchant just had their credit ran to obtain a cash advance, so they're obviously hunting for money. Challenge: You weren't the one that ran their credit, so you have to be able to break the ice with the merchant. Having credit ran doesn't mean the merchant is okay with 38% money over a short term, so you still have to dissect, sell, and close. * Co-Registration leads Registered for another service and was prompted to see if they also wanted business funding. Value: It's similar to an opt-in lead in that the merchant took action to request information. Challenge: What and who they co-register with is very important. What they remember is very important. A merchant who signed up to take his kids to Lego Land, may have absent mindedly click that he may also be looking for funding. Sometimes they are incentivized to fill out your form, to receive something else they really want, and calling them becomes a waste of time. * Double Opt-In data Value: Merchant opt'd in to receive messages in regards to your industry. TCPA compliant, usually accurate data, and litigator free. Challenge: They're not specifically looking for funding now, (or ever) so it will take nurturing and time before you see any results. But usually lead to good renewal books long-term. www.UccRadar.com – Large sales volume merchants filling out your application.

It's ISO's who do stuff like this that make credit card stacking a bad look, but if done legit no law stating it cannot be done from my digging. I just cannot see where a merchant would see the value paying 10-16% of total card balances approved to broker when it can be done directly themselves. Ethically it's tricky. Oct. 13, 23, I needed ****** cash to purchase a property and rehab. I own a new small business. I was referred to a ******************************* at XXXXXXXXXXXXX *** by a banking associate who I asked for a Business Line of Credit. I also asked ***** for a business line of credit but he said ******** will give me what I need because my was too new. I must develop a relationship with the bank by getting credit cards." He explained his role seeking for numerous credit card company and and setting up and managing the application in return for a 10% payment on the total amount. I first give a verbal consent over phone recording then digitally sign a contract to pay 10%. I asked how can this process help, I didn't't want credit card debts? He said, I will get low limits on credit cards but he will get me higher limits with a 0% interest rate for 12 -18 mths up to 24. ***** said they have lawyer that goes through a loop hole in about 3 days. He repeated the same line my new business and build financial relationships reassured this is guaranteed. The banks called to verify my applications some banks he gave them all my information I didn't even fill out any information. I questioned him on that as well, he said due to time sensitivity and inability to easily access me at work he went ahead and filled it out. As I begin to receive the cards, he sent an invoice to be paid. I asked for 24hours to wire or a cashier check, he said it had to be paid before COB. It was approx ****pm. ***** said to pay it with one of the credit cards I just received. I activated it and paid approx. *****. I questioned for the 3rd time how and when is the lawyer going to liquidate the cards to cash. On Oct 27, ***** then disclosed I have to pay the lawyer an additional 6% of the total cedit cards limits. I told him how insane this was he gave none disclosure upfront, I would not have enough to close and rehab if I have to pay ****** from ******. The agent got confrontational and insistent.

Offshore calling centers don't really work well. When the client is on the phone and asking certain questions that cannot be answered on the spot you lose the possibility to actually have a chance. the ones with bad accents do the damage on the spot, it amounts to good comedy. offshore call center that understands the MCA space, are the ones that offload your clients and money. too many open loose ends not good. you need to be in control!
