Today, 01:31 PMI do not know of ny funder that will payoff 2 positions that high for one. Most funders have a net 50 rule which means he will need to qualify for 600k which is more than he does per month which most funders do not do. Getting him a dollar amount that high will not lower his payment.

Today, 11:14 AMSome people have Positive pay, the debit amount and the name of the funder pulling has to be put on an approval list and then every time they want to debit , it needs to be okayed separately, if the payment is daily then positive pay will look for 5 approvals. The other reason it happens if the bank suspects fraud.

Yesterday, 11:34 PM@maria landfall has been my best lead source. I have funded in the last 3 months from her data is a 20 million dollar deal. 3.5 million which aren’t Mac’s. And about a 2 million. And I’ve tested her data next a few other companies same across the board. My Ai bot booked all the appointments from her leads. My bot got nothing from the others. A lot of wrong numbers out of business. Just my opinion.
