Today, 11:20 AMThe best in the space have to be QFS, Arena and GFE. Other higher-risk lenders are going to be Silverline, Throttle and G&G. I've heard good things about Fundora but never worked with them.
-
Today, 11:17 AMWill be interesting to see the outcome and any names that pop in.
-
Today, 11:14 AMI've funded a few deals with them -- offers are decent and they do pay BUT communication is horrible. I've had them sit on signed docs for 200k for literally WEEKS trying to schedule a bank verif/funding call. They're alright to have in the roster, but definitely not my go-to reverse lender.
-
Today, 11:12 AMInstead of consolidation, look at asset based financing to do a take out. A/R Inventory Property Equipment Personal loan

Today, 10:52 AMG&G is a legit reverse funder however the communication can definitely be improved. If you fund a lot with them and consistently, the communication gets a lot better.

Today, 10:12 AMThis is interesting.... https://www.theverge.com/2024/6/17/24180196/adobe-us-ftc-doj-sues-subscriptions-cancel I personally know people who came into the industry, got their Adobe subscription, left the industry, and were stuck holding the bill without realizing it. Since even before the 2000s, I never stayed away from Adobe Acrobat, they were known to have the biggest security leaks and major RAM hogs (on my 16mb of RAM in Win95). Things are obviously better now, but I have been using GIMP for image manipulation and I purchased in the one-time FoxItPDF license (2 times, once for v10, recently one for v13), and I use SignNow for my eSign platform, paid yearly. (DocuSign is way overpriced IMHO.)
