Not a bad idea. It's "included" but these merchants are stupid. Give me the exact scenario you're referring to. Help me make it better.

I guess since this thread resurrected, ill mention that we (TMRNOW) not only still fund Transportation and Construction (seems alot of funders are shying away from both) but we actually reward certain approvals on these higher risk industries with longer than typical terms, if they meet the criteria outlined in my buy rates I can send you if youre interested/curious.

Oh, and according to your own monacre, "modern" is not always better than "older" So in conclusion, you should very well understand why Adobe is being sued.

We have the rich and poor thanks to capitalism. However, thanks to capitalism, even the standard poor person is richer than the rich people from 200 years ago. You're just upset that some people are "more" successful. That's sour grapes. What you're concerned about is manipulating the system, Steve Galloway said it well, and really makes you think: "If it's capitalism on the way up and socialism on the way down, that's not capitalism or socialism, that's crony-ism!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0H8AshEYrKw

I am busy, so I'll let ChatGPT explain it. (Sorry it's long, AI did a thorough job) In the United States, liberals generally do not support a fully free market. Instead, they advocate for a mixed economy where the market operates with significant government regulation and intervention to address market failures, protect consumers, ensure fair competition, and provide public goods and social welfare. The lawsuit by the Justice Department against the company making it difficult and misleading for customers to cancel their yearly subscription is entirely compatible with the liberal mindset for several reasons: - Consumer Protection: Liberals generally support strong consumer protection laws. They believe that companies should be transparent and honest in their dealings with customers. When a company employs deceptive practices to make it difficult for customers to cancel a subscription, it violates these principles. The government's intervention ensures that consumers are not being unfairly exploited or misled, aligning with the liberal emphasis on protecting individuals from corporate abuses. - Regulation to Ensure Fairness: Liberals advocate for regulations that ensure fair business practices. The lawsuit can be seen as a necessary regulatory action to maintain fair market practices. By holding companies accountable for deceptive practices, the government helps maintain a level playing field, which is a core tenet of liberal economic thought. - Preventing Market Failures: Deceptive practices can lead to market failures where consumers cannot make informed choices. Liberals believe that government intervention is justified to correct such failures. Ensuring that customers can easily understand and cancel subscriptions helps the market function more efficiently, with companies competing on the merits of their products and services rather than on their ability to trap customers in unwanted agreements. - Support for Rule of Law: Liberals generally uphold the rule of law and believe that laws and regulations should be enforced to protect public interests. If a company is violating consumer protection laws, it is appropriate for the government to take legal action to enforce these laws. This upholds the integrity of the legal system and ensures that companies are held accountable for their actions. - Empowerment of Individuals: Making it difficult to cancel subscriptions disempowers consumers, forcing them to stay in contracts against their will. The liberal perspective values empowering individuals to make their own choices. Government action to rectify deceptive practices restores consumers' autonomy, allowing them to make free and informed decisions. In summary, the Justice Department's lawsuit against a company for making it difficult and misleading to cancel subscriptions aligns with the liberal mindset because it focuses on protecting consumers, ensuring fair business practices, correcting market failures, enforcing the rule of law, and empowering individuals. These are all key principles that liberals generally support.

I'm sure you will hear from others on the forum and their experience, but Centrex is a menu of fintech products and services that you get to choose from. Your pricing really has quite a bit to do with what you choose on that menu. Esign, phone system integration, text messaging, payment processing, syndication management and payouts, white label mobile app, Plaid integration, credit reports, etc etc. I did see your information come through our web form. One of our sales reps will be reaching out to you today and they will send you a full proposal where you can see all Centrex pricing options. Cheers, Trey Markel VP Sales and Marketing (888) 622-5810 tmarkel@centrexsoftware.com www.centrexsoftware.com

But hey, at least they didn't offer him a 1.499 with 20 points 10k over 10 payments. Also, it's hilarious that they said 995k instead of 1mm like lenders normally round it off, as if they're a selling fruit at $1.99/pound to make it sound cheaper. Imagine giving a guy a regular 180-day term for $99,999 instead of $100k?

It's been years since we got back doored but yesterday we did. Two scumbags (below) texted my client with a photocopy of MY APP, offering the world ($995K, 1-year interest free, 8-12% APY). When they only qualified for $100K or so. We lost all trust with the client and had to go into damage control. Such a shame. While I won't throw the lender under the bus, I have a pretty good idea who leaked it. I'll spare the lender because I don't know for certain it was them, and it could have been a rogue employee. Anyway, here are the scumbags who reached out to my client. JAY WESTON - CENTURIAN CAPITAL - 1-848-466-5152 (roto-dialer) "SCOTT" - TOP TIER CAPITAL - 1-347-525-1262 (iPhone) LOSERS

I know this thread is a year old - but lots of accusations are made that aren’t always fair. To be sure there are tons of bad people and mca shops in it for a quick and dirty buck. But griping about getting 5% instead of 10 on a renewal - that was brokered out - what would anyone expect? Sour grapes and poor due diligence. And sadly our industry still has the same, outdated boiler room format and macho approach. It’s pretty sickening. I’m looking do start a “working group” in a shared office space - must be very experienced, ethical, reasonable guys - with a good sense of humour- we’d share expenses, collaborate where possible, lend resources, maybe co-broker, share tips/advice - and raise everyone up to a higher standard. Reach out if interested I’m already using a (windowed) day office at 42nd/3rd for $47/pp for a full day - super nice place, and flexible. Don

I don't understand the issue here...go into your account, go to manage plan, and click on end your service. What am I missing? It's an annual plan with monthly payments. You are obligated for the annual term even if you cancel.

I have a franchise company in TX that is coming off a MCA that they completely paid off* Here is the situation They were a previous default so they just finished paying off this default loan program The company that funded them took one extra payment and did not reimburse him They will not issue a zero balance letter to him because they are trying to keep him in house* They want to renew him for 80k after funding him 40k This is NOT the first client that they have pulled more than one payment on accidentally (apparently they have a stacking fee clause:( This franchise company does 300-500k a month* I want to bring him somewhere else Anthony 347 439 8710
