Check Maxim, they'll do junior positions and cash out. They aren't super cheap compared to a bank but aren't crazy expensive, and potentially will come in second or third, and work a broad spectrum of credit profiles - equity being available.

They used to advertise being direct and having no salesteam. But all their stacks were full white labels through yellowstone. They likely syndicated a % amount on those deals. Around this time they were funding reverses mainly w/o ysc's platform. Now they're funding direct, after initially misrepresenting themselves, which a lot of new funders do.

So here our position, it’s so easy to bad mouth people in a forum under some handle no one can trace you at. You’re like one of those agitators with a mask. Tough when your face is hidden. But we are ready to put our money where our mouth is. So here the proposal Anyone who says we backdoored deals and didn’t pay them commission for their funded submission. Go on record, Come out, call me 212-952-0001. Bring proof. And if you proof any of the above we will pay 5x the commission on that deal. If you can’t I’ll sue you for defamation! I bet my phone won’t ring once. Until then……pay attention to our reconciliation process as it will help You close more deals.

Yes, I agree. However, there's more to traffic than it might seem at first glance. Traffic can come from various sources, such as word of mouth from past customers and funders you have strong relationships with, review sites, cold calling, SMS, cold DMs on social media, LinkedIn, cold email, paid ads, authoring a book or other media, videos, affiliates, SEO, etc. All of these sources of traffic should ideally tie your main website, where you can capture visitors with a chatbot. If you have a website and at least 1 of those sources, having a chatbot to capture prospects who may look at your site afterhours would help a lot... Otherwise they'll just click away- And you'll never even know they were there in the first place (unless you use our cookie-less tracking that has identity resolution where we can also get the data of someone who even clicked on your site).

Please explain the difference in paying a 1099 independent contractor a commission for bringing in a deal or paying a lead provider for a full submission that they generate for you? Not every full pack is a backdoor submission.

Everyone talks about leads ! Best Leads Are Self Generated - But, how does that occur. In the past, there were only 22 top-level domains (TLDs) or domain extensions in use, such as .com, .net, and .org. The ICANN organization realized that there was a dwindling supply of ideal gTLDs and sought to remedy that by adding new domain extensions. This provides you with better or more creative ways to create a domain that is helpful for your business. Among the over 300 new domain extensions, several are available to utilize for an extension of your main Corporate Web site, for radio, print, email, postal mail, and organic SEO Campaign using sub-domains. Examples of available Domain Extensions for the MCA Industry. .business .capital .cash .credit .finance .financial .fund .loan .loans .money Your Personal Name, Company Name, Telephone Number, Geography can all be marketing tools to generate organic leads. I'm looking for a company that would be willing to use a residential property as collateral for a business loan. I'm currently onboard with TVT and WBL. I want to add a couple others that can bridge some of the gaps between these companies. WBL's rates are too high right now and TVT has good rates but not the best approvals and they strongly prefer to use commercial properties.

So they definitely used to be a broker, and yes they definitely used to white-label Yellowstone for their high-risk deals. However, I think that most funders at some point or another also used to be brokers, and most funders still have brokers working for them, whether or not it's a different operation or not is a different issue at hand ("gesheft").
