    Oh yeah because I spent 6 years in the industry with only one company for absolutely no reason. Any guy with rebuttal like that just seems like someone whos cheap to pay one out. Have good one guy

    If someone is paying you a "salary" they own you & you have a JOB Always subject to be laid off/fired, whatever PC Term you want to use.

    I prefer my Independence - I only bring on 1099 Sales Pros - they are free to run their own show.

    What do you provide them with?Your 1099 sales pro have what independence? Are all renewals etc. theirs?
