    We completely agree. We have an email going out shortly with cause of the issue and the solution. Included in this email will be an outline on our migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS) which we have been working on for a little over a year now. Migration to AWS will take place later in the year and these types of issues will be no more. It's been a very large focus here at Centrex.

    We thank you @CT3 and any other Centrex customer for your support, business, and patience. We are working as fast as we can.

    Yes.....according to our dev team we were down for a total of 3 minutes 27 seconds. Not saying that is OK in any way shape or form but that is the official date and time stamp on the outage. Every single Centrex employee is very much looking forward to our AWS migration later in the year. It will allow us to do so much more so much faster as a growing software company.

    As always, we very much appreciate your patience CT3 and the patience of all Centrex customers and partners.
