This means he just needs 43 more to clinch the election and become America’s 46th president.

He can get this by taking Florida’s 29 votes and North Carolina’s 15 to get 44 votes. Or he can take Pennsylvania’s 20 votes, plus Michigan’s 16 and Wisconsin’s 10.

I never knew that, that's really interesting. Is it smart to bet on Republican winning next time an election similar to this happens? Similar as in a republican is running for their second term or the Republican candidate is controversial but loved by the Republican party.
