Says it has been up for 1 Day. No engagement after 1 Day would be a fail especially on LinkedIn as the engagement algorithm determines the reach. That appears to be just a standard post, not a paid campaign initiative. Either way its not a good example trying to generate leads or anything other than a cool logo.
