Wow, is Main Street still funding? A broker would have to be a fool to send them anything both now and in the future.
Hey, Joe, do the right thing and stick to what your broker agreement entails. The broker brought you the deal, and the merchant is still paying. Pay the man.

I am not getting into whether MainSt screwed you or not.
However, having worked with 3 funders since December, your name has come up for being a broker who doesn't "do the right thing" for those funding your deals.
Emails circulated amongst these funders that were obtained from your merchants.
One deal in question, being 40 days, you write to the merchant bas follows:
Subject: Re: the plan for the next 20 days...
&
right now it's at $1000 a week, but I will be negotiating that down for you.
Michael, do you close the majority of your deals by promising them all they have to do is make only half the required payments??
