    you realize that if you pull it via check processing they can halt the payment and or claw it back right. that's why it needs to be on a signed contact that you can pull it meaning all the account info is there, meaning you can just pull it as an ach

    Check 21 is a High Risk Check - but assuming the Broker pulling the fee has a good relationship with the merchant the/she just funded that will not be occurring.
    All Checks no matter how created or deposited can be pulled back stop payment etc.

    ACH can be rejected - pulled back also.

    that's why you get a contract dave, then if they pull it back you have the legal ability to either a sue or b pull it again which then makes your software again worthless

    Our software creates a check for immediate deposit - we are NOT involved in any other issues -

    If a Broker has a contract or not is no concern of ours. If the check is rejected or pulled back,
    again, that is NOT our concern.

    It is a payment OPTION (NOT the only option) to collect payments.
