I cant speak on United's underwriting process as I am not familiar. However most funders or at least me if I get a huge deal it is getting priority over a smaller deal. If you are dealing with the right funder that actually has the money and not scrambling to borrow then two hours is no issue. You might just be dealing with people that don't have access to the capital right away.
