Ground up SFR construction lender in Idaho
Good morning guys,
I am currently looking for a direct lender that will lend to a very highly experienced company that is currently looking at acquiring and building 150-160 lots and houses in the metro area of Boise Idaho. The client currently has several million already invested and has bought and purchased several plots already. They are looking to get funding to help them acquire the remaining plots and build high end luxury homes that will sell for over $600K each.
Let me know if you have any knowledge of a direct lender that will be able to get this type of deal done. Total project size would be nearly $30M. But is only looking for that amount in phases, not all at one time.
Thank you,Alex Trigg

If the borrower has other properties that can potentially be cross collateralized we may be able to get it done. We specialize in asset backed hard money loans.
Thanks,
Adam
