Maybe that's why they aren't funding. We got cut off from Everest after we targeted our marketing to MMJ for a while. To many deals that were MMJ funded in a short period of time, which then translated to too many defaults 4 months later. Almost all of them default because they are hands-down the worst businessman I have ever seen.
