I disagree, for the most part my strongpoint on larger/cleaner deals is usually the funding amount and speed to get the deal done. Terms I'm pretty good with as well. 10-11 months on the deal described above seems doable pending the terms of their first position.

Lol anyones welcome to put it to the test and post their results/experience. I'm not saying I'm going to win every deal, but my ratio will be impressive to say the least.
