    500k+ Avg Per Month, 1YR TIB, Construction, Negative Ending Balances

    Merchant is having cash flow issues, is needing something high risk from 20-100k+

    Getting about $25K this Friday, and $60K next Thursday but just signed another 3 contracts

    Willing to send all contracts...
