It does NOT list engagement - it has 10 likes - could be 10 people or the same person 10X
Some people will not "like" or comment on someone's post because they don't want others (their competition) seeing their reaction. If you pay attention to how many view you post and monitor who monitored it is very helpful. Example: Yesterday I posted about a SFNet event coming up in May. Only 3 people liked the post, but it was viewed by over 500 people within 3 hours. I have access to see what top 15 companies viewed the post. Some where people I am not connected to. They saw the "like" from one of my connections and viewed the post. By the way....that person registered for the event. It's not always about the amount of "likes". It's about who is viewing the content and what actions they are taking.
