    Lets talk about commissions

    Just a quick question: why do broker shops fight with lenders for more points just to give their originators 1% of the commission?

    Because the whole industry is driven by greed. (Not by what is the proper way to run an ongoing successful business that can maintain itself and it's employees to grow and prosper).
