Minimal Deposits - Construction Company
June: 4 deposits for 153k
July: No Business
August: 3 deposits for 70k
September: 2 deposits for 17k
October: 4 deposits for 7k
November: 3 deposits for 78k
December: 1 deposit for 32k
Construction company, government contracts, inconsistent revenue and you can see the lack of deposits....Is there anybody that would look at this?
In biz since 2002

I would be willing to look at this deal if you could answer the following questions for me.
What state are they located in?
How much are they seeking?
Can they provide AR report or work in progress (WIP) report showing revenues coming in Jan --> 2021

Cash advance seems like it will be tough to get done (to the extend they want), I can recommend a few lenders but the offers will look like this... $15K @ 1.35 over 120 days... which is a decent offer but doesn't mean anything if it doesn't benefit the customer.
Do you know what they are seeking the funding for?
If they are a contractor that gets paid from the Government then definitely try to factor some invoices if they are substantial.
If it's equipment they need then the deposits will not matter as much as their credit, use of equipment, and the guarantee of the principle.
Also, if they have equipment assets they they could also collateralize them or look into a sale-leaseback.
If you'd like to discuss this shoot a PM and I'll send you my #.
