Which direct lenders are still funding?

too general a question...half these MFers out here will say they are still funding.

You need to ask "who is funding and what are the new criteria and restrictions"? Because 3/4 of these guys who SAY they are funding, all of a sudden think they are TD Bank and want to UW and decline as such
