Don't know them. A quick search shows that the LLC was set up in Florida in August of last year. The Manager of the business and Florida listing agent's name is listed as Daniel Frankel. LinkedIn has a Daniel Frankel in the area of the business that appears to be a former Crest Hill employees. There are no UCCs filed on the LLC in the state of Florida.

Well, there ya go. Anyone associated with Mantis these days puts a bad taste in my mouth. The deals cresthill and mantis didn't kill in final underwriting over the last month(which seemed to be 90% of the deals), they now aren't paying commission on. Marcus never stops posting on DF and now is totally MIA. Soooo shady.

We do all marketing 100% in house and we have a huge and very clean database. So it goes with out saying, we are looking for new opportunities to market to our internal database.
