Silverline by far is the most aggressive reverse funder out there. They are wizards.

Not too fond of 5 and 5 comish structure - but oh well.

Ive heard good things about fundrite - however have not gotten 1 approval, I stopped submitting.

Just tell them you are less inclined to send your reverse deals there, because of the 5 /5 payout. Let them know you will start sending all of your reverse deals there if they start paying 8 points upfront and they will make the adjustment for you.
