if you waiting all this time LOL its not good!!!....at 1130 AM a guy called me his deal was killed in final 150K contractor..I said send it in and we just funded for 70K ...all while you are still waiting ...I think even someone looking for an empty lot for Christmas tree sales would have found the land owner and closed the deal by the time you still looking into a COJ question LOL

if you think anyone is waiting for anything you are crazy, they are just not sending you the deal because of your inability to answer simple questions. Some companies are still using cojs some aren't, why you find it impossible to answer a question when we all obviously know the answer is YES is insane
