Yankeeman07 is correct. Depending on collateral (or lack thereof up to 350k) the SBA does offer some great options for clients when traditional banks need the SBA (75% guarantee) to help them write the checks.
Understanding the plans available, limits, and how collateral is viewed is the key towards placing them. Have patience however. Even with the Express program expect at least a month to get a deal done (and that is if the borrower is on top of their reporting data, and their landlord-if applicable-is willing to sign the subordination document).
Closing a $1M facility this week that previously had 5 cash advances (and a combined payment of $135k monthly-almost $7000 per day). Their new payment will be $11,740.10 PER MONTH. Honestly took almost 90 days to get it done, with several twists and turns related to their existing debt.

More like watching paint dry The flip side is that when a merchant qualifies, the cost of capital is much lower
than traditional MCA's & commission is much lower, but, the merchant in the long run will be in much better financial shape.Dave Lambert, Business Development
