Whatever you say - Based upon your theory if a Company pays a Sales Manager a override, bonus - it is a legal pyramid.

Not sure why you have an issue with a MLM - which is a sales model used by numerous companies.

This is not a MLM - but, we could turn it into one if we wanted to go that route.

MLM is a **** way to do business. I agree here. I was approached by one, for a wealth management company. There products were good but their goal was to get more people on board to do the same **** they would do to me rather than to have me try to help people with these wealth products. A total "legal" pyramid scheme that was worthless and useless.
