The Bigger Question - you have an offer, but, will the deal close and actually be funded?

I have a 2 Funders for Cannabis, but, it is not a walk in the park to actual close the deal.
More reasons not to close - #1 reason, lack of financials for the business and Cannabis is still Federally Illegal.
