Wbl
Curious to know if anyone else has ever funded with them . Did a recent deal with them for $166,000, took about 2 months though. The rep I have is awesome but the company turn around took a little while to get the deal done. Curious to know who everyone else uses or their experience with WBL.

Title and due process take time.. collateralized / asset based deals aren't quick turnovers like an unsecured product. One month turnover is standard, you have to understand that you're basically in mortgage territory here.

Bank Commercial Transactions take long, not sure why WBL as a "hard" money advance lender would take 2 months. I know they do weird deals
If you have hard money real estate we can close those in 5-10 days. Commercial, Land, Office. NO SFR

A month is standard, weather it's "fast track" or not..
