Seeking 1st Position Con. a 1st/2nd or 3rd Position Deal..100K GD 15K ADL 2 NEG Days
Hello All,
Im looking to place a deal with a Direct Lender that will either take out a 1st and 2nd for a new loan amount of approx 60K or provide a 3rd position for 30K.
Potential is in the Construction Industry and Provide Traffic Control Services

Nov - 6 Deposits = 67,436 ADL = 7844 3 Neg Day
Oct - 8 Deposits = 113,667 ADL = 20081 1 Neg Day
Sept- 10 Deposits = 152,833 ADL = 19927 1 Neg Day
Aug- 7 Deposits = 182,279 ADL = 15035 2 Neg Day
*200K tax lien Currently in a Payment Plan for 1K Per Month/3 yrs Paid In....
