    To be fair HW Group is an active ISO of Cresthill Capital and has a Steller reputation.
    I cant talk for Ocean's experience, they say 1 deal was fraud..(now think about it)... If a fraudster can get by Oceans underwriting then what are we expecting an ISO/Broker to have caught on to the fraud?

    Regarding 2 in default that does seem high.
