Hey gang:

I am working with a few banks that are doing a second piggyback loan of up to $10MM behind a SBA 504 to $5.5MM. These are amortized over a 25/20 year term and are full documentation loans.

Given that the hotel market for refinances are softening (and generally not even offered at less than 50% LTV through a bank), this is a good program to keep in your back pocket. I can go up to 75% LTV provided that the bank statements support the NOI.
