previous MCA lender is out of business and has judgement on merchant
Merchant has all documents showing balance was paid off, that mca lender in particular is out of business for almost 5 years now but when it happened they filed on the merchant. How can merchant get that off his record now since they are no longer around?

If the balance was paid in full, the judgment should show as redacted or satisfied, depending on what terms the merchant paid in full under. If the judgment is still showing as active, the merchant should contact the court where the judgment was filed to provide proof that it is no longer valid. If the lender has been out of business for five years now, I imagine it will be impossible to get someone from the company to do it for them, so in my opinion the merchant would be better off getting his attorney/lawyer to work directly with the courts. If the merchant's legal counsel specializes in bankruptcy and consumer protection law, even better.
