    did you not read what I said? to charge psf legally they need to sign a separate contract. and if you have a contract signed you can just pull via ach at funding. your attempts at selling a useless product are pitiful dave you can do better.

    A "Broker" may not have the ability to obtain approval for an ACH Account from their Bank.

    if you cannot obtain an ach account it means you most likely should not be in this industry as you do not know what you are doing.

    Informing a Bank that you are a broker for the Merchant Cash Advance Industry will generally result in a denial for "ACH Debit Services"

    Most "ACH Accounts" are a product that is underwritten by the Bank - or if you want to utilize a outside vendor -

    Actually every merchant is supposed to have a knuckle buster on premises

    Most credit card agents skip over that little old tidbit !

    I have multiple credit-debit cards in my wallet - They ALL still have numbers on them with an Expiration Date.

    Sometime down the road, they will only have a CHIP but, that is not in the very near future.

    Every Bank has check readers - there are millions still in use -

    mine don't have imprints its all printed on not stamped and at this point the numbers are no longer legible
