you might just be working with the wrong people then steve because I have clients from when I first started who I still fund like clockwork several years later. if the merchant isn't a complete scum bag I'm going to keep funding them and working with them doesn't make sense not to.

I think you missed my point....no one has ever said..."let's see what's the best loan we can get you seeing if we can start with a 10 year term loan at 7% and work down". So start qualifying....
