Hi, I was a lead generator sending about 20-40+ leads to the company I worked with and they handled all work with the lead to convert it into a business loan or SBA loan, sometimes LoC, averaging about $100 per lead on my end.

In April conversions completely stopped and so far I have not heard much from my lending company about any significant improvements in the lending market. Is business lending back now that vaccines are available widely and it looks like PPP is out of money? I have heard that PPP was crowding out bigger commissions, what is the current state of the industry and can I expect to go back to work earning about the same?
