    Motel refinance

    Good afternoon.
    I have a customer that owns a motel Value $500,000. want to refinance 200K plus take out 50k cash. LTV would be 50%. Low fico score of around 600 waiting for the credit report. Anybody have input on were to send? Thanks in advance
