    Looking for a collateral type loan with best rates

    I have a 600k deal, property value is 2.5M that is free and clear. He will put his property as collateral. I got an I/O approval from WBL @ 2.5% per month. Guy has excellent credit. He also does about 100K in deposits a month. Any other options?

    The property is located in MI. It's an investment property. The guy is a builder. He needs the money for 6-12 months to flip the project. Property is vacant
