Dave, 3M is a Recognized Brand - they also have over 1,000,000 Million Followers. They have a clear call to action. Their insights on the post most likely has an extreme amount of click throughs. Your example has none of those as they have 0 Followers and most likely 0 click throughs. Your post was about Lead Generation, which didn't use this 3M as an initial example. The 3M Example is great. Your Original One, is Not.
