Borrower is trying to put money down on another property, so doesn't have time to go through the bank process.

Has over $200K equity on the property. Wants to pull max cash out on a 2nd lien.

I can't touch primary residences... What's the solution?

(There's a guy I think he was Horizon Financing in Bkln... he had a mortgage broker's license...)
