Someone still funding small deals?
Hey, I have a client with 12-16k deposits in the last 6 months. No advances. High risk file due to low revenue - low number of deposits. (retail store)
Before I paint this file in blue and throw it to the sea, is there a high risk lender who likes small deals, and would like to waste 3 min on this file?
