We use twilio and slack for this. We have about 3 numbers per lender with random area codes (no FL, NY, CA)
If they call a number, it will send a message which lender backdoored the deal. We also have a few domains that look very similar to an email provider so our system will put a trackable phone number & email one each app per funder.

This sounds super legit. Wish I had a system like that
