    3 family bronx

    I have a client that i got approved for $100k 2nd mortgag the property is a 3 family home with all 3 apts rented i got him $100k @$1,000 a month 12 month Balloon payment the lender is a New York Company all verifiable, they close in 5 days do the $2k on a 1.75 = $3,500 in 5 days
