6 month new ownership, no credit history, 5-6 deposits per month, avg. 50k in deposit
Having a tough time getting this funded. Has an open position with Everest with a 15k balance. Open to consolidating or a second position.

As long as they have good payment history with everest and they can support additional payments i can find them a home. PM me if your interested

New owner though, so as far as UW is concerned, he has 0 payment history.

If this new owner has previous business ownership in a similar industry (at least 1 year).. then IOU may consider. How long has this business been around, under prior ownership?
