A real LOC outside of a bank is going to require AR

There is no AR on aircraft sales and the aircraft title must change at the time of sale. Same goes for any other transportation vehicle that requires a license to operate. This is a deal for a small hedge fund that like the industry. I know some funds, but this is way too small.
