How you guys generate leads besides cold calling? Do you guys have a good platform to recommend, Google/facebook/LinkedIn?

We do not buy lead lists. We have a large group of referral partners that we have built relationships with over the years. They know exactly what clients we seek and know that we are one of the best factors and asset based lenders in the industry. We prefer to work with referral partners that have deep relationships with their clients and know their client well. There is always a higher level of certainty to gain new customers.

I do a fair amount of industry specific cold calling. What's interesting is that most of the business owners whom I have cold called have heard that we are very good in the industry. I tend to leverage a relationship I know that has a relationship with the target before cold calling them.
