We're working on some new ideas for the new year and wanted to see what some of you might be doing.

We're thinking of switching to a new CRM. Currently using Pipedrive, which I like, but it's a little basic. Any CRM's you like?

We're also going to do some more social media marketing. How do you guys do it? Do you hire a social media company or do you do it internally?

Also going to ramp up the marketing budget and want to do a little more inbound marketing. Thinking of trying some radio ads or mailers. Any thoughts on the radio ads?

Have you guys ever tried advertising on craigslist?
